ITRUPANEL free-use terms
ITRUPANEL is free for personal and commercial use. You may modify it for your own needs and share original archives while retaining attribution. Selling the panel or distributing modified versions requires separate permission.
1. Scope
These terms grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use the original ITRUPANEL code distributed by its copyright holders through itrupanel.com. They apply to official version 0.1.24 and later releases accompanied by this edition of the terms. Third-party components remain governed by their own licenses.
2. Free use
You may install and use the panel on any number of servers you own or administer with their owner’s permission, for personal and commercial purposes. You may charge for hosting, setup, administration and support. No ITRUPANEL license fee is charged under these terms.
3. Changes for your own purposes
You may study the available source and modify the original code for your own purposes, including services provided on servers you own or administer. Such use alone does not require publishing your changes.
4. Sharing copies
You may share the original, unmodified panel archives free of charge, together with these terms and third-party notices. Selling the panel itself, presenting it as your own product, or distributing modified versions requires separate written permission from the copyright holders of the original code.
5. Attribution and name
When using or sharing the panel, retain existing ITRUPANEL and third-party copyright notices in the code, documentation and interface. Do not claim that a modified version or your service is official or endorsed by the developer without permission. Rights to the name and logo are not separately granted.
6. Third-party components
These terms do not restrict rights granted by third-party software licenses. Their requirements, including retention of license texts and notices, apply independently. ITRUPANEL terms do not replace the licenses of Linux, nginx, PHP, MariaDB or other installed software.
7. Warranty and liability
The panel is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors and fitness for a particular purpose are not warranted, and the copyright holders disclaim liability for losses arising from its use. Users are responsible for backups, security and lawful operation of their servers. Mandatory warranties and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. Free support and update schedules are not guaranteed.
8. Duration
Permission for the version received continues indefinitely while these terms are met. New terms may accompany future releases and do not revoke permission already granted for a version received. Additional permissions can be requested through feedback in the panel or the forum at itrupanel.com/forum/.
